Cuvée inspired by our ancestors who used the barrel to vinify. It is composed mainly of Chardonnay.

Part of this cuvée (40%) spent some months in barrels.

You can appreciate all its lightness and vanilla tip. Its palate is characterized by its roundness. This cuvée is recommended as an aperitif or meal (ex-caramelized beef)
